By default, shipping is only possible to Germany.
German islands are supplied. Surcharges may apply here.
We only deliver to the EU and Switzerland on request.
If you would like shipping to the EU or Switzerland, please send us an email to Stefan@amoligno.com before placing an order and tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.
In the case of deliveries to Switzerland, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by banks (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Pick-up is possible by prior appointment at the following address: Amoligno, Königstr. 59, D-31785 Hameln. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
There are no shipping costs for the delivery of digital content, i.e. products that are not on a physical data carrier (e.g. download items).delivery times
The delivery time in Germany is 2 - 4 weeks, almost all items are only made to order, as 95% of our products are individualized one-offs.Usual delivery times are noted in the description of the item.
Items that are in stock will be shipped within 1 week.
In the case of digital content, the link(s) for executing the download are generally provided immediately, but no later than within 24 hours. The information on calculating the delivery date below applies accordingly to the calculation of these deadlines.
In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.
We are legally obliged to inform you about the shipping conditions and shipping costs before you make your purchase.
This is difficult for us because these are handcrafted items made from natural materials that are subject to fluctuations.
We manufacture the majority of our products as individual pieces, in some cases we only present designs here for which we do not yet know the dimensions of the packaging and the weight.
We have tried to take this legal obligation into account.
After your order you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order from us.
We accept this with a separate order confirmation (within 5 days at the latest). The binding shipping costs are specified there.
If there are any deviations, you can cancel your order within 14 days.
Any amounts paid in advance will be refunded immediately.

"If the delivery cannot be delivered as a result of a typo or other negligence on the part of the consumer when entering the delivery address and the package is then returned to the retailer, the consumer must accept a new delivery attempt make it dependent on the previous reimbursement of storage costs incurred on the one hand and the shipping costs incurred again on the other."

Important:
Goods that are delivered by a freight forwarder are delivered "free curb", i.e. to the public curb nearest the delivery address (unless the shipping information in the seller's offer states otherwise and unless otherwise agreed.)

Process:
We will contact you upon completion of your order.
After payment has been made in full, we will commission a forwarding agent to ship the goods at the desired time.

The duration of the forwarding shipment is 1 - 3 working days in Germany. Saturday is not considered a working day.
You will receive an email from the shipping company about the shipping status.
If agreed: The forwarding agent will contact you by phone to coordinate the delivery date. No Saturday delivery! The goods must be accepted within 5 working days.
Unfortunately, returns / storage due to non-occurrence of a delivery date must be borne by you if the forwarding agent calculates this for us.
The risk of loss or deterioration of the delivered goods due to non-acceptance passes to you!

Since we mainly manufacture individualized products and almost all items only to order, the creation of a work/work supply contract is standard.
Terms of payment for immediate purchase (directly on the website):
PayPal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select "PayPal" as the payment method at checkout.
2. In order to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment.
For the payment methods
- direct debit via PayPal,
- Credit card via PayPal and
- Purchase on account via PayPal
it is not necessary to set up a PayPal account.
4. You will then be directed back to us.
Payment in advance by bank transfer less 2% discount:
Transfer the invoice amount conveniently to our bank account within 3 days, stating the intended use. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing.
Cash payment upon collection less 2% discount:
You collect the goods yourself from us and pay in cash on site.
We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can pick up the goods by appointment at the above address.

You can pay with Apple Pay during the checkout process. To do this, you must confirm the payment using the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device, following verification steps.
